Cancellation & Refund Policy – Magical Island Vacations

Effective Date: December 2025

We understand plans change. Our policy is as follows:

– Cancellations more than 60 days before check-in: Full refund minus a $150 processing fee. – 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund of total stay amount. – Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund. – No-shows or early departures: No refund.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds for payments made via WeTravel follow WeTravel's Traveler Refund Policy where applicable.

In cases of mandatory evacuation or force majeure (hurricane, etc.), we will offer a full refund or credit toward future stay.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
